Hey, I went to moma yesterday and stopped of at the bridge just to take a picture better then yours. Ha ha, I'm kidding. But, you ever go to moma, it's pretty cool... It's all just tone picking and that good ol channel mixer. I don't use a polarizer. I find that most polarizers (aside from B&W) darken and burn out your clouds. Not to mention it screws around your light balance making you take pictures at a lower shudder speed... which i loathe because then your foreground is all lksayg09fas7dyg. But yeah, it's mostly tones and the mixer. The brighter, yet deeper the blue you can get, the better the conversion with a red base is. That's what I've noticed, anyway.

I don't do anything more then slight tone and contrast adjustments. Hope that unboggles the boggle!
